60V, 3-phase smart gate driver with built-in voltage regulator 'DRV8320R'
The DRV8320R is equipped with three half-bridge gate drivers, each capable of driving high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs. It generates the appropriate gate drive voltage using an integrated charge pump for the high-side MOSFET and a linear regulator for the low-side MOSFET. The smart gate drive architecture supports a peak gate drive current capability of up to 1A source and 2A sink. It operates from a single supply and supports a wide input supply voltage range of 6V to 60V for the gate driver and 4V to 60V for the optional buck regulator. The 6x, 3x, 1x, and independent input PWM modes allow for easy connection to the controller circuitry.
