Purpose: - Food defense measures for food-related factories - Security measures for factory and facility gates Examples of achievements: - A factory of a major raw materials manufacturer (see video) - A beverage division factory of a major consumer goods manufacturer (see case photos) ● Overview and features of the implemented system At the previously unprotected main gate of the factory, we installed a pedestrian gate and a vehicle gate, combining a UHF band and a human card reader (MIFARE card) that allows authentication simply by presenting a card from inside the vehicle, enabling entry and exit for authorized personnel only. The feature is that all entry and exit management, starting from the factory gate to inside the factory, can be done with a single card. Additionally, the vehicle gate is equipped with a sensor that emits a warning sound; if a person attempts to pass through the gate, a buzzer will sound at both the site and the guard room to alert of the abnormal situation.

A vehicle gate that triggers an alarm buzzer when someone passes through. This touchless light system is equipped with sensors that sound a buzzer in the security room and on-site when a person crawls through, alerting to an anomaly. The left and right sides of the gate are surrounded by a fence, preventing any intrusion.

A touchless reader is installed at the entrance gate. The touchless reader is located in the front right of the photo. Just hold your card up to it through the window, and the gate will open.
