Chiba Precision Press Co., Ltd., newly established as a member of the Hirai Precision Industry Group, operates under the motto of "maximizing customer satisfaction." We respond to various customer requests, from mold design and manufacturing to press processing, secondary processing, and prototype to mass production of developed products. We specialize in unique mold design and manufacturing, as well as high-precision metal press processing for products designed by our customers. Our "mold design" is based on a database built from 50 years of experience. By combining this with the latest precision press processing technology, we develop products of various shapes with creative ideas. With the newly introduced digital electric servo press, we process not only cold forging and deep drawing of thick plate materials but also materials with a thickness of about 10mm. Moving forward, we will effectively utilize the network of industry, government, and academia to actively incorporate new technologies and further enhance our processing techniques.
