This is a dust collection device that captures fine dust and fumes generated by processes such as laser processing, which are less than 1 micrometer, using high-speed rotating mist. It utilizes a reusable dust collection filter, reducing the size and cost to about one-tenth compared to conventional products, making it compact and economical. The dust is collided with high-speed rotating mist (approximately 3 to 10 micrometers) at about 300 meters per minute, forming larger clumps that are captured by the dust collection filter, making it less prone to clogging, and the cleaning water is contained in a tank. The maximum spray volume of the mist is 250 milliliters per minute and can be adjusted while visually confirming it. *There is also a type that uses a compressor with a higher spray volume.
