We would like to introduce a case study of the web phone directory service "iContact+Office," which allows companies and groups to share the same phonebook data. A major railway information systems company implemented this service when they upgraded their internal mobile phones to Android devices. As a result, 1,000 internal users began using the cloud phonebook as a common internal directory. The user interface is similar to that of regular smartphones, and with mobile device authentication, security has improved, making device management easier.
