This is a device for evaluating the attachment position of the touch panel to the LCD and for assessing the linearity of the touch panel sensor.
- The integrated industrial camera allows for precise alignment of the touch panel position based on its video. Touch tests are conducted at arbitrary coordinates based on the origin information obtained from the camera alignment. - By reading the difference between the coordinates touched on the device side and those touched on the touch panel side, the evaluation of the touch panel is performed. This includes evaluating the attachment position of the touch panel sheet to the LCD and assessing the linearity of the scanning lines of the touch panel sensor. - It is compatible with both capacitive and resistive touch panels. - A dedicated software is installed on the computer, and the control is managed through this software. - The pixel count of the touch panel and the pixel size can be set individually for X and Y at 0.001mm, allowing compatibility with various sizes of touch panels. - The coordinates to be touched are specified by creating a scenario file that executes commands in order. This can be easily created as a text file, and by loading a previously created file, tests can be repeated in the same sequence each time.
