Injection molding possible! Porous pellets by drug elution method.
The "PPM Foam" is a collective term for a new group of materials that can be created using a revolutionary manufacturing method (patent pending), which allows plastic materials such as engineering plastics to be formed into materials with fine bubbles. The porous bodies of water-repellent plastics (such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyacetal) work to shut out water droplets, moisture, and humidity from rain, while allowing air to pass through, making them suitable for a wide range of applications in outdoor electrical equipment and more. Additionally, most plastics can be converted into PPM Foam, and with the right polymer blend, hardness and rebound elasticity can be adjusted. 【Features】 ■ Capable of injection molding and extrusion molding ■ Wide range of functions ■ Hardness and rebound elasticity can be freely controlled ■ Porosity can be selected ■ Can be colored to your preference *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

At Prince Giken, we respond to all needs with the sponge manufacturing technology and connections we have cultivated so far. Even though it is simply called sponge, its properties can vary greatly depending on the manufacturing method and materials. The PPM foam recently developed by Prince Giken also changes significantly in application depending on the resin used. Please feel free to consult with us.
