The "WCM-4" is a welding management monitor that can easily and automatically record welding current, welding voltage, welding speed, inter-pass temperature, and welding heat input. At the end of welding, if the inter-pass limit temperature is exceeded, an alarm buzzer will sound, and when the temperature drops, the buzzer will stop, allowing for welding to resume. Additionally, if the management heat input is exceeded at the midpoint of welding, the buzzer will sound, and by reducing the welding speed, the average heat input can be lowered.
