Low-cost, 10MHz, low-noise, RRIO, CMOS operational amplifier 'TLV9061' for system applications.
The TLV9061 is a low-voltage (1.8V to 5.5V) operational amplifier with rail-to-rail input and output, making it ideal for low-cost devices. It is also suitable for products that require small size and high capacitive load driving. While it can drive capacitive loads of 100pF, it can be easily stabilized with much higher capacitive loads due to its resistive open-loop output impedance. It operates at low voltage and has performance specifications similar to TI's OPAx316 and TLVx31. With unity-gain stability, it can incorporate RFI and EMI removal filters and does not generate phase inversion, simplifying system design. It is available in micro-sized packages such as SOT553 and WSON, as well as industry-standard packages like SOIC, MSOP, SOT-23, and TSSOP. **Features** - Rail-to-rail input and output - Low input offset voltage: ±0.3mV - Unity-gain bandwidth: 10MHz - Low input bias current: 0.5pA - Low quiescent current: 538µA *For more details, please contact us.*
