3MHz, low output, RRIO operational amplifier 'TLV6741'
The TLV6741 is a general-purpose CMOS operational amplifier characterized by low noise and a wide bandwidth of 10MHz. With its low noise and wide bandwidth, it is suitable for a wide range of high-precision applications that require an optimal balance of cost and performance. The input bias current supports applications with high source impedance. Its robustness and stable unity gain contribute to ease of use, and the built-in RFI/EMI suppression filter prevents phase inversion during overdrive conditions. Additionally, it features high electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection (1kV HBM). The minimum voltage is 2.25V (±1.125V), optimized for low-voltage operation, while the maximum voltage is 5.5V (±2.75V). It is a single-channel device packaged in a small SC70-5 size. **Features** - Low broadband noise - Gain bandwidth: 10MHz - Low input bias current: 10pA - Low offset voltage: 0.15mV - Rail-to-rail output *For more details, please contact us.*
