We will challenge the limits of thinness!
Tokushai Co., Ltd. is engaged in the drawing processing of various metals and alloys, as well as the manufacturing and sales of drawn products. Thick wire with a diameter of φ1mm is carefully drawn multiple times through a die by skilled craftsmen to create fine wire and ultra-fine wire. Difficult-to-process materials such as tungsten and molybdenum are drawn while being heated, allowing us to produce ultra-fine wire with a minimum diameter of less than φ0.01mm, and we can create ultra-fine wire with a diameter of just φ0.0025mm using electrolytic polishing surface treatment. Furthermore, leveraging our machining technology, plating and surface treatment technology, and composite technology, we also handle plated wire, rods, cut pins, bar stock, and ultra-fine wires and ultra-thin ribbons made from various metals and alloys. 【Materials Handled】 ■ Tungsten ■ Molybdenum ■ Stainless Steel ■ Beryllium Copper ■ Nickel-Titanium Alloy ■ Other Metals and Alloys *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Tokushai Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells various metal and alloy wire drawing processes and drawn products (such as cut pins, rods, straightening processes, and flat wire produced by rolling), starting with difficult-to-process materials like tungsten and molybdenum, as well as stainless steel, nickel-titanium alloys, and beryllium copper alloys. Additionally, thanks to our unique plating production line, we can also produce continuously long plated wires. With 70 years of experience in wire drawing (drawing and pulling) technology and the craftsmanship of skilled artisans who create wires so thin they are nearly invisible, we realize a world of ultra-fine wires. Starting with tungsten wire for Christmas light filaments as our founding product, Tokushai has expanded its business alongside the development of the lighting market, including incandescent bulbs, fluorescent lamps, and automotive bulbs. Today, we have broadened our market to include semiconductor testing equipment (probe cards), electronic components, medical devices, and even the aerospace industry, responding to various customer needs.
