At the resin raw material manufacturing company, to promote discharge from the bunker, a "blow disk" was adopted near the discharge outlet located at the bottom of the silo (conical part, midway). This time, we were consulted about installing this equipment in the area opposite the discharge outlet, as the powder there was not moving and was piling up like a mountain, in order to effectively utilize the bunker’s volume. We communicated that completely eliminating the pile was difficult and presented a proposal for installation. It was later decided to implement the solution, and the results have improved to a level acceptable to the customer.
