Heavy-duty linear roller rail SG-TGV type
● This is a roller-type linear rail with built-in double ball bearings. ● The SG-RA and SG-RP type carriages correct tilt errors. Furthermore, the SG-RP type also corrects parallelism errors. ● The rail is made from a highly rigid extruded material, which minimizes distortion and allows for smooth sliding even under load. ● The rail undergoes high-frequency hardening (size 18 has a special nitriding treatment), making it compact and highly durable. ● It can also be used for vertical movement. ● The carriage is equipped with side shields that make it difficult for dust and debris to enter, as well as a wiper that removes dirt from inside the rail during sliding. ● It features excellent low-maintenance properties due to felt that is impregnated with lubricant. ● The carriage comes with a preload adjustment function.
