We are introducing a case study on the use of fixed bar racks from Gooriki Co., Ltd., which manufactures and sells racks and space-saving equipment. At Chiyoda Ute Co., Ltd.'s Chiba factory, the initial plan was to consider a rack for storing powdered gypsum board materials. However, by adopting a weight-bearing bar rack with shelf specifications (optional), they were able to store various types of pallets regardless of size, weight, or shape. As a result, spare machine parts for the plant that were previously stored in a large space elsewhere can now be stored in multiple tiers on shelves, thereby improving the issue of space shortage by using the freed-up area to store the originally planned materials.
