We are introducing a case study on the use of fixed bar racks by Gooriki Co., Ltd., which manufactures and sells racks and space-saving equipment. At Sanric Co., Ltd., due to concerns about the risk of load collapse with heavy metal materials, they could only stack 2 to 3 layers, and the loading and unloading operations using a ceiling crane in a limited space could not be optimized. As a result, a new forklift became necessary, and they introduced a bar rack that can hold approximately 2.5 times the capacity of flat stacking, allowing for 7 layers of storage.
