We would like to introduce the software used for the device "ROLIS," which transfers and captures images of cylindrical surfaces onto a two-dimensional imaging sensor (CCD camera). It employs our original language (list program) equipped with translational processing functions. It is capable of image processing as well as controlling servo motors, cylinders, and various sensors. The Inspection Equipment Division designs and manufactures various inspection machines, including the "Cylindrical Surface Imaging Inspection Device ROLIS," which inspects processing defects such as casting defects, dents, and vibrations occurring on cam grinding surfaces and journals. Additionally, we develop and sell in-house the aluminum frames, which are mechanical components, and the control software, which serves as the brain of the machines. By maximizing the benefits of in-house production of these fundamental components, we also design and manufacture inline inspection machines and automation equipment, such as ultra-high-resolution image processing devices and seatbelt inspection machines, receiving high praise from our customers.
