"TSChanger" is a device that compresses broadcast TS signals of the ISDB-T format to enable efficient transmission via satellite or other digital communication means. During the restoration of the broadcast TS, it has the capability to rewrite program identification information and program arrangement information, allowing the same broadcast TS to be distributed to multiple regions.
