High precision, low molding variation PBT material
The "Epoclustar T CBT305FG" is a composite material for high-precision thermoplastic molding that reduces defects and cost increases due to post-processing by achieving high precision and low molding variation. There is also a high-rigidity grade, CBT41. Due to its low anisotropy and low molding shrinkage rate, it is a material that offers higher precision and less warping compared to general-purpose PBT. Utilizing these features, it has become possible to provide high-precision parts that are difficult to achieve with general-purpose PBT. Because of its high precision and low variation in molded products, the defect rate for high-precision parts is low, making post-processing unnecessary, which leads to reduced labor and contributes to increased productivity and cost reduction.
