It is a pioneering emulsification device developed as a pre-treatment apparatus for spray dryers. It can prepare a uniform and stable emulsion without clogging even at low pressures, and scaling up is also possible. By combining it inline with a spray dryer, it is also possible to obtain powdered products directly from soap-free emulsions.
