One of the specialties of Arita Manufacturing is the processing of small-diameter and fine items using lathes. We have five CNC automatic lathes with a spindle-moving type (Petersen and Swiss type) capable of bar work, as well as two NC lathes and three NC combined lathes. The advantage of bar work is that instead of manually removing and setting materials one by one in chuck work, bar stock (2m to 3m standard materials) can be set directly into the machine, allowing for continuous cutting like a Kintaro candy. Additionally, by purchasing standard materials, it is also possible to reduce material costs.
