The "LV Series" is a compact diaphragm valve that can be installed in an area of less than 1 cm², measuring 8.9×10.4(mm). It achieves a very small internal volume of IN: 3.3μl and OUT: 8.3μl while simultaneously shortening the flow path length between ports. The body is made of PEEK, and the diaphragm is made of perfluoroelastomer, providing excellent chemical resistance. (The body material can be changed upon request.)
