All molds are manufactured at our own factory in Nagano Prefecture. Skilled craftsmen assemble molds processed with cutting-edge equipment. We accommodate VA/VE initiatives such as transitioning from other methods to pressing or resin molding, material reduction, and productivity improvement. One of our strengths is the ability to procure both pressed and resin parts in-house. We can manage insert and outsert processing centrally. For unit components, we handle everything in-house, starting from mechanical design, various pre-evaluations using CAE, to assembly production.
