Here is a case study of the introduction of the X-Stamper applied product "Automatic Printing Device." By replacing the manual printing process for manufacturing dates with an automatic printing device, we improved the printing defect rate. Furthermore, with the improvement in the defect rate, we were also able to reduce the time required for the stamping process. 【Conventional Issues】 ■ Conventional Method Using a Shachihata TART stamp pad and rubber stamps, the stamping was done manually. Molded parts were lined up in groups of 20 on a dedicated tray, and stamping was done at specified positions in that state. ■ Issues 1) The rubber stamp slips during stamping, resulting in a high rate of printing defects. 2) There is variability based on the individual operator, leading to unstable printing quality. 【Improvement Measures】 ■ Solution Since we want to print the manufacturing date, we selected the TART stamp unit TSUT-0530.
