"Warasuyama Carbon" is our processing technology that has successfully transitioned from conventional continuous processing of φ0.5mm holes to continuous processing of 100 holes ranging from φ0.3mm to φ0.2mm. Inner diameter processing allows for cutting of grooves and steps, expanding its use as mechanical components. Through the development of cutting tools, tools, and methods, we can process pockets, countersunk holes, screws, grooves, hexagonal holes, and more, as well as perform fine precision adjustments that are possible only through cutting processing.
