[Sale of Radar Exploration Equipment] Japan Radio Handy Search NJJ-200k
Handy Search NJJ-200 / NJJ-200k Japan Radio
Japan Radio Radar Detection Device (Reinforced Concrete Detector) RC Radar Handy Search NJJ-200k, a radar specialty store where you can purchase the detection device at a reasonable price!
This is a professional electromagnetic wave radar method rebar detector (buried object detector) with the world's first wireless display and operation unit. It is characterized by its deep exploration depth among electromagnetic wave radar detectors, capable of investigating concrete interiors up to approximately 450 mm deep. Three operational modes that reach the itchy spots: ● Normal Mode Similar to conventional methods, this mode allows for checking exploration images at hand via handle operation. ● Handle-less Mode By removing the handle, it enables exploration in narrow spaces, such as piping areas, which were not accessible with conventional devices. ● Extension Mode By attaching the included operation rod, it allows for exploration at heights that were unreachable with conventional devices during scaffold or gondola work (exploration images can be checked at hand). The NJJ-200 excels at detecting deep buried objects; however, compared to the NJJ-105, it tends to have more noise in reflection images for shallow buried objects, which may lead to the possibility of technicians overlooking reflective materials. Therefore, for detecting PVC pipes, CD pipes, voids, and small boards at depths of about 50 mm or less, the NJJ-105 is more advantageous. *Basically, unless you are an experienced explorer, it is difficult to detect deep buried objects at depths greater than 20 cm.

Applications/Examples of results
<Uses> ■ Concrete anchor work ■ Post-installed anchor work ■ Core drilling work ■ Concrete chipping work ■ Electrical installation work ■ Air conditioning installation work ■ Gas work ■ Water supply work ■ Concrete structure renovation work ■ Concrete structure inspection and diagnosis ■ Completion inspection of concrete bridges and more <Inspection and Investigation> Used for structural surveys to investigate the number, pitch, and cover thickness of rebar within concrete structures. *When conducting a precise cover thickness survey, it is necessary to use in conjunction with a rebar detection device using electromagnetic induction. It is also used to determine whether the structure is RC (reinforced concrete), SRC (steel-reinforced concrete), or not CB (concrete block). <Exploration> Used for detecting embedded materials in reinforced concrete, cinder concrete, concrete blocks, mortar, bricks, tiles, etc. Before performing anchor installation, core drilling, or chipping work, exploration equipment is used to avoid not only rebar but also buried pipes and electrical wires (cables) during construction. *The exploration depth can reach up to approximately 450mm, but it varies significantly depending on the rebar layout, the moisture condition of the concrete, and the skill of the exploration technician.

Company information
SSR is a specialist that investigates the condition of embedded objects within concrete, including rebar detection, reinforcement surveys, buried object surveys, and cover thickness surveys. Additionally, leveraging long-established connections, we can procure non-destructive testing equipment at low prices and simultaneously handle the sale and rental of exploration equipment. SSR has long been employed as a manufacturer and distributor of rebar detection devices, underground buried object detectors, and electromagnetic induction rebar detectors. Our team consists of engineers and salespeople who have grown by actively engaging in the most challenging exploration cases while learning about the specialized knowledge and utilization methods of various manufacturers' exploration equipment. Professionals in concrete and underground embedded object surveys provide three services related to "buried object surveys and rebar detection"! During my time in corporate employment, I contributed significantly to the improvement of exploration technology in the industry by not only selling and renting exploration equipment but also serving as a practical instructor for public rebar survey qualification exams and training engineers from survey, inspection, and construction companies. Search - Exploration Sale - Sales Rental - Rental Utilizing the "strengths" we have cultivated so far, we offer a connected service across three industries that cannot be provided by other companies.
