This document introduces a case study of a carbon manufacturer that has implemented the single-axis ribbon blender NES-RBS blender. The company was looking for a device to hydrate and mix powdered activated carbon to create wet activated carbon (50% moisture), which would then be discharged through a bottom valve and filled into bulk bags. We proposed a single ribbon type (single ribbon) blender. After verification with a small machine, they confirmed that it met their desired quality, and they are pleased that high-quality activated carbon can also be produced with the scaled-up full capacity of 3000L.
