Busbars generally use copper materials, but there are always parts that must be discarded during the material processing in press working. To maintain the Earth's environment, we want to reduce this as much as possible! Our company proposes the ultimate material utilization through edgewise bending in the press process, segment processing that reduces trimming punch width to zero, and a combination of other original special techniques. We will devise a method tailored to the desired busbar shape. While significant material reduction may be possible, unfortunately, there are also cases where this is not achievable.
