Adopting a flexible structure frame for material savings and weight reduction! Distributed pressure type press brake.
We would like to introduce an example of the installation of the hybrid actuator "HySerpack." This machine is a distributed pressure-type press brake that uses eight hydraulic cylinders. The eight cylinders are arranged at equal intervals and operate in sync with an accuracy of ±0.01mm, raising and lowering an ultra-light ram and upper die, while also employing a flexible structure frame to achieve material savings and weight reduction. With eight cylinders providing a thrust of 10 tons each, the total pressing force is 80 tons, and the bending width is 2,100mm, with a weight of approximately 1/10 and power consumption of about 1/20. The ability to achieve high-precision processing with a flexible structure frame is due to advancements in servo motor performance, significant progress in sensor technology, and improvements in control technology. 【Features】 ■ Distributed pressure-type press brake using eight hydraulic cylinders ■ Synchronized operation with an accuracy of ±0.01mm ■ Adoption of a flexible structure frame ■ Material savings and weight reduction *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
