Ultra-small single-channel nanoPower low-voltage comparator 'TLV7031'
Ideal for portable/battery-operated devices with strict space constraints. It achieves an optimal balance between speed and power consumption, with a propagation delay of 3μs and a quiescent current of 335nA. This combination of fast response time and nanoPower allows for quick responses while monitoring fault conditions, even in power-limited systems. The operating voltage range is 1.6V to 6.5V, making it compatible with 3V and 5V systems. It is guaranteed that the output phase does not invert with respect to overdrive input, and due to the presence of internal hysteresis, it is ideal for high-precision voltage monitoring when there is a need to convert slowly varying input signals into clean digital outputs in harsh and noisy environments. It features a push-pull output stage, capable of sinking and sourcing several milliamps of current when controlling LEDs or driving capacitive loads. It is available in an ultra-small 0.8mm × 0.8mm leadless package, as well as in standard 5-pin SC70 and SOT-23 packages.
