High-precision measurement of the imbalance in self-driven work! For the production of polygon mirror motors and more.
The "SSV2-5800 series" is a vertical two-plane balancing test machine that can measure the imbalance of self-driven workpieces, such as polygon mirror motors and HDD spindle motors, with high precision. By introducing simultaneous measurement on two planes, the measurement time has been reduced to one-fourth of the conventional time. Considering productivity, it is equipped with two modes: a "Correction Mode" for efficiently performing correction work, and an "Analysis Mode" for analyzing vibration characteristics during workpiece development. Additionally, the color LCD touch panel clearly displays "correction amount, imbalance amount, static unbalance," etc., enabling easy operation. 【Features】 ■ Measurement time reduced to one-fourth of the conventional time ■ Easy operation with graphical display ■ Equipped with two modes ■ Easy addition of extended functions ■ Compact and space-saving *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Sigma's balance measurement method features the adoption of multivariate analysis techniques for detecting imbalances, allowing for high-precision measurements across a range from low to ultra-high rotational speeds. The field balancer that incorporates this measurement method has been in use since 1985, with cumulative production exceeding 8,000 units. Furthermore, after that, we began selling more precise balancing machines and condition monitoring devices that continuously monitor rotating machinery and detect signs of abnormalities, which also utilize the aforementioned measurement method. Over 30 years since the start of balancer production, Sigma's balancers are actively used across various industries.
