To facilitate the settling of finer water droplets and frying residue, a heater configuration that generates processed convection is adopted. Additionally, the system automatically detects the addition of ingredients and independently controls the central heater, creating an environment where the moisture that is generated in large amounts at the beginning of the addition easily falls and settles. This significantly reduces oil splatter, and since the cooking layer is not agitated by bubbles, the settling of frying residue is promoted, thereby suppressing the deterioration of oil caused by carbonization.
