Cool Fryer Co., Ltd. is committed to contributing to the food culture of Japan and the world, and has developed the cooking device "Cool Fryer" to solve a wide range of issues related to frying, including oil splatter and oil degradation prevention. Due to its simple structure, it has the potential to become a standard technology to replace conventional commercial fryers. Additionally, its compact design allows for product development into tabletop models and other forms, which is expected to open up new demand in face-to-face cooking at counters, convenience store applications, small-scale food businesses, and even for home use. ■ Four patents have been established so far. ■ In March 2021, it received the Encouragement Award at the Japan Invention Awards.
