A nitrogen spray concentration device that simultaneously and rapidly concentrates multiple samples!
At Biotage Japan, we sell the TurboVap, a concentration device that utilizes our unique gas vortex shearing technology to simultaneously evaporate multiple samples at a faster rate than conventional methods, such as heat block and centrifugal types. The TurboVap is a long-selling nitrogen blow type concentration device that has been loved by many users for over 20 years. Biotage has refined the TurboVap and is proposing a new model! Whether you currently own an old TurboVap or are new to TurboVap, we encourage you to consider it! 【Features】 ■ High-efficiency concentration using gas vortex shearing technology ■ Storage and re-execution of concentration conditions ■ Adjustable blow gas pressure gradient settings ■ Detachable blow nozzle ■ Standard drain port ■ Rack design that accommodates test tubes of varying diameters and heights with a single unit *For more details, please request a brochure or download the PDF data.

Gas Vortex Shearing Technology BioTarge's gas vortex shearing technology enhances concentration efficiency by 3 to 10 times compared to conventional methods (such as heat block and centrifugal types). The gas, which is sprayed in a spiral manner, reaches the surface of the sample, increasing the contact area between the gas and the sample (solvent). By controlling the gas flow rate and temperature, the sample concentration is optimized. Nitrogen gas, which is inert and poses no risk of sample oxidation, is recommended as the spraying gas.

TurboVap LV can simultaneously concentrate up to 48 samples. The gas flow can be turned ON/OFF for each row individually. It can be used in either 24-position mode or 48-position mode, and it accommodates test tubes with an outer diameter of 10–30mm and a length of 32–165mm using three types of racks.
-
TurboVap LV 48-Position Multi Rack The TurboVap LV allows for the simultaneous use of test tubes with different diameters and heights in a single rack. There are three types of racks available, accommodating many common test tubes and vials ranging from 1.5 mL to 60 mL in capacity.
-
TurboVap II can simultaneously concentrate up to 6 samples. The gas flow rate can be adjusted individually, and it can use either 50mL or 200mL concentration tubes. Additionally, two types of endpoints (0.2mL or 0.7mL) are available for each concentration tube size. (Graduated for meniscus reading: 0.5mL or 1.0mL)
-
TurboVap EH By using a shared rack with the Biotage Extrahera automatic sample preparation system, samples recovered from solid-phase extraction columns can seamlessly proceed to the concentration process.
