Introducing the method for adjusting the discharge volume of a quantitative dispensing pump and the recommended installation direction!
The quantitative dispensing pump allows you to change the discharge amount per cycle by rotating the discharge amount adjustment screw. Rotating the adjustment screw to the right (in the direction of pushing the product in) decreases the discharge amount, while rotating it to the left (in the direction of pulling the product out) increases the discharge amount. After adjusting the discharge amount, please secure it with the screw lock nut. The range of adjustment for the discharge amount is from the maximum point when fully pushed in with a right rotation (discharge amount 0 mm³) to several rotations with a left rotation.
