Here are the standard test conditions for the "Quantitative Discharge Pump" from Takasago Electric Industry. 【Piping Conditions】 ■ Use fluororesin tubes with diameters of φ2×φ3 for piping connections. ■ The piping length for the primary side (IN) is set to 1000mm, and for the secondary side (OUT) to 100mm. ■ The tank for the fluid should be installed below the product, with the height of the primary side port (IN) set at 500mm from the liquid level. ■ The height of the end of the secondary side (OUT) piping should be at a horizontal position of 0mm. ■ A nozzle that reduces the piping diameter should be attached to the end of the secondary side (OUT) piping according to the set discharge amount. Operate at maximum operating frequency (refer to the drawing), with DUTY CYCLE = 50%. Example: For model NRP-500P, operate at a frequency of 2Hz (ON: 250ms OFF: 250ms). 【Measurement Conditions】 ■Use water as the liquid for measurement. ■Continuously operate to discharge the liquid, ensuring that the piping and the interior of the product are completely filled with fluid. ■Measure the discharge amount over 10 cycles using a weight method, and calculate the discharge amount per cycle. 【Measurement of Discharge Accuracy】 ■Measure the discharge amount over 10 cycles 10 times and calculate the average value. ■Determine the difference between the maximum and minimum values from the 10 measurements and express the error as a percentage of the average value to assess the reproducibility of the discharge amount. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
