Structure and Principle of the High-Performance Particle Size Analyzer "Fine Jet Sieve" The suction air from the vacuum cleaner enters the sieving chamber through a diffusion nozzle at the center of the upper cover, vigorously stirring the measurement sample while passing through the mesh along with fine particles smaller than the mesh size. Some of the air enters through gaps around the outer edge of the cover, preventing adhesion to the outer perimeter of the mesh. On the other hand, the air jet nozzle, designed to clean the entire mesh surface, rotates beneath the mesh while ejecting jet air, cleaning the entire mesh surface and preventing clogging.
