Inari Research is developing the following safety evaluation systems necessary for IND applications in collaboration with the Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Central Institute for Experimental Animals (CIEA). - Repeated dose toxicity testing - Safety pharmacology testing (FOB testing, telemetry testing, etc.) - A composite repeated dose test incorporating safety pharmacology testing (central nervous system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system) and TK measurement Furthermore, we have successfully developed a test for psychological dependence using marmosets (CPP test: conditioned place preference test). Compared to the general rat CPP test, this method is expected to detect psychological dependence on central nervous system depressants with high accuracy.
