Optimal design for the installation of the welding head and fixtures can be achieved according to the shape of the parts. (Normally, the workpiece is moved. This compact machine can be arranged with the welder side positioned for movement.) Supported plate thickness: 0.05mm and up Materials: Mild steel, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, 42 alloy copper, special alloys, and dissimilar alloys such as brass and copper-nickel.
STKZ Type Seam Welding Machine for Coil Material Terminal Connections In processing equipment that requires continuous operation, such as pipe manufacturing devices, forming machines, press machines, and plating equipment, the end of the preceding coil material is seam welded to the leading edge of the subsequent coil material. The transition from the preceding material to the subsequent material ensures good productivity through stable bonding in a short time.
