We own 3, 5, 8, 25, and 35-ton press machines, with the 5-ton and 8-ton machines primarily in operation. 5-ton press machine QDC specification: 180 Processing dimensions: Maximum 180×150mm Speed: Maximum 300 shots per minute (spm) 8-ton press machine QDC specification: 200 Processing dimensions: Maximum 200×200mm Speed: Maximum 170 shots per minute (spm) Both the 5-ton and 8-ton press machines have a proven accuracy of 38 microns at the bottom dead center under certain conditions, with processing accuracy of ±0.05 to 0.2 mm (0.1 mm PET). The equipment, including press machines, is manufactured in-house, allowing for speedy customization. By combining press machines, laminating machines, and image inspection machines, it is possible to produce products on a single line.
