At Life Food Research Institute, we undertake contract manufacturing of extracts using our technologies "steam distillation," "continuous column extraction," and "oil pressing," along with the technology of our partner factories, "reduced pressure concentration." Raw materials can be provided by the customer or prepared by us. After discussions, we will conduct table tests and line tests before proceeding to full production. 【Approximate manufacturing lot sizes】 ■ Steam distillation: approximately 10kg (minimum lot), approximately 400kg (economic lot) ■ Continuous column extraction: approximately 150kg (minimum lot), approximately 500 to 1,000kg (economic lot) ■ Oil pressing: approximately 1kg (minimum lot) ■ Reduced pressure concentration: 50kg (minimum lot) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
