The "Magnet for Square Hopper (1-stage/2-stage)" is a magnet filter that adsorbs and removes fine iron powder and stainless steel wear powder mixed in rice, tea, meat, seasonings, beverages, food, pellets, and industrial materials. It is also used for metal foreign matter removal in injection molding machines. Maximum surface magnetic flux density: 800mT, 1,000mT, 1100mT. With a high magnetic force magnet of 25mm in diameter, it strongly adsorbs and captures fine iron powder and stainless steel wear powder. The exterior is made of SUS304 or SUS316L. The junction between the magnet rod and plate has no gaps, allowing for a smooth finish with full circumferential welding, ensuring hygiene. A wide variety of sizes are available, allowing for custom production in 1mm increments. 【Features】 ■ The diameter of the magnet rod is φ25mm. Production is also possible in φ10, φ16, φ19, φ20, φ22, φ28, and φ32mm. ■ Uses Nd-based or SmCo-based rare earth magnets. ■ Recommended operating temperatures are below 80℃ (Nd-based), below 100℃ (Nd-based), and below 150℃ (SmCo-based). ■ The number of magnet rods can be increased or decreased. *For more details, please refer to the materials.
