Experimental Grinding Machine "Retsch High Energy Ball Mill Emax"
High Energy Ball Mill Emax
High-speed grinding of samples into fine particles with strong friction and impact forces! A grinding machine with excellent operability.
The "High Energy Ball Mill Emax" is an experimental grinding machine that generates high energy with its unique jar design and high-speed rotation of 2000 rpm. By adopting a water cooling system, it efficiently grinds samples with powerful energy while preventing overheating. The special shape of the grinding jar ensures that samples are uniformly ground, resulting in a sharp particle size distribution. It allows for continuous grinding without the need for cooling intervals to prevent overheating during grinding, dramatically reducing grinding time. This enables efficient grinding, making it suitable for mechanical alloying and nano-level fine grinding. 【Features】 ■ Rapid grinding at ultra-high speed of 2000 rpm ■ Continuous operation without cooling intervals due to the water cooling system ■ High mixing capability of samples with a special jar shape, resulting in sharp particle size distribution ■ Patented drive concept ■ Easy operation via a touch panel, with the ability to register up to 10 grinding conditions ■ Two jars can be mounted easily ■ Grinding jars with safety closures ■ Choice of materials for grinding jars to prevent contamination *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Varda Scientific covers a wide range of products, from sample grinding, crushing, homogenization, and heat treatment for laboratory use, to particle size measurement, component analysis, cutting, polishing, embedding, and hardness testing. Varda Scientific has five brands: Leco, QATM, Carbolite Gero, Eltra, and MRB. Since 1999, we have been operating as Leco Corporation, handling products from Leco and Leco Technology. On January 1, 2014, we began handling Carbolite Gero, and at the same time, in line with the increase in the number of brands we handle, we changed our company name to Varda Scientific Corporation. In 2018, we started handling ATM and Qness, and in June 2019, MICROTRAC and Microtrac Bell joined the Varda Scientific Group. As of May 1, 2020, ATM and Qness merged to become QATM, further enhancing our capabilities and allowing us to better meet our customers' needs.
