Additionally, the pressure loss is low at 1.3 kPa (2.6 kPa for the double type). **Principle** ■ Dust-laden gas passes through the throat section at high speed, stirring up water and violently colliding with the internal walls. ■ In the scrubbing section, it forms a vortex, resulting in an extremely effective gas-liquid mixture that captures the dust with water. ■ The cleaned gas is separated from the water by a water drainage plate and discharged.
