Cooling system integrated with a liquid nitrogen container! Cooling from pre-freezing to freeze crushing!
The "Cryomill" is a ball mill designed for cryogenic grinding. It features a cooling system integrated with a liquid nitrogen container that cools the material from pre-freezing to cryogenic grinding using liquid nitrogen. This process embrittles the samples, reducing losses for volatile materials. The automatic cooling system adjusts to maintain a constant temperature of -196°C, supplying only the necessary amount of liquid nitrogen to the system. Additionally, the design ensures that operators do not come into direct contact with liquid nitrogen during the pre-freezing and grinding processes, enhancing safety. Dry grinding at room temperature and wet grinding are also possible. It is an ideal grinder for processing samples up to 20ml. 【Features】 - Powerful grinding through impact and friction - Supports cryogenic grinding, dry grinding, and wet grinding at room temperature - Safe operation with direct supply of liquid nitrogen from a sealed self-pressurized container - A wide variety of jar and ball sizes and materials available - Up to 9 grinding conditions can be registered - Programmable pre-freezing and grinding times (10 seconds to 99 minutes) - For preventing iron contamination, ceramic (zirconia) grinding jars can be used *For more details, please refer to the PDF documentation or feel free to contact us.

Varda Scientific covers a wide range of products, from sample grinding, crushing, homogenization, and heat treatment for laboratory use, to particle size measurement, component analysis, cutting, polishing, embedding, and hardness testing. Varda Scientific has five brands: Leco, QATM, Carbolite Gero, Eltra, and MRB. Since 1999, we have been operating as Leco Corporation, handling products from Leco and Leco Technology. On January 1, 2014, we began handling Carbolite Gero, and at the same time, in line with the increase in the number of brands we handle, we changed our company name to Varda Scientific Corporation. In 2018, we started handling ATM and Qness, and in June 2019, MICROTRAC and Microtrac Bell joined the Varda Scientific Group. As of May 1, 2020, ATM and Qness merged to become QATM, further enhancing our capabilities and allowing us to better meet our customers' needs.
