Experimental Grinding Machine "Retsch Planetary Ball Mill PM100 CM"
Planetary Ball Mill PM 100 CM
A planetary motion with a 1:-1 combination of revolution and rotation! Minimal wear on the sample, gentle on the sample!
The "PM100 CM" is a planetary ball mill capable of grinding and mixing samples ranging from soft to super hard, including brittle and fibrous materials. It can be used in both dry and wet modes, allowing for uniform grinding down to sub-micron levels in a short time. Due to its 1: -1 planetary motion that combines revolution and rotation, it achieves grinding results that are gentle on samples with less wear compared to other planetary ball mills. An optional internal pressure and temperature measurement system, "PM GrindControl," is available. 【Features】 ■ The revolution to rotation ratio is 1: -1, providing milder grinding than the planetary method. ■ Powerful and rapid grinding down to sub-micron levels. ■ High reproducibility by controlling energy and speed. ■ Capable of long continuous operation. ■ Supports both dry and wet grinding methods. ■ Equipped with a safety slider that prevents operation if the clamp is not attached. ■ Safe to place on an experimental table with FFCS technology that absorbs equipment vibrations. ■ Counterbalance mounted on an inclined rail corrects the height of the jar's center of gravity. ■ Gentle grinding force with a centrifugal rotation model. ■ Interactive condition input with an LCD screen and a single button. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Varda Scientific covers a wide range of products, from sample grinding, crushing, homogenization, and heat treatment for laboratory use, to particle size measurement, component analysis, cutting, polishing, embedding, and hardness testing. Varda Scientific has five brands: Leco, QATM, Carbolite Gero, Eltra, and MRB. Since 1999, we have been operating as Leco Corporation, handling products from Leco and Leco Technology. On January 1, 2014, we began handling Carbolite Gero, and at the same time, in line with the increase in the number of brands we handle, we changed our company name to Varda Scientific Corporation. In 2018, we started handling ATM and Qness, and in June 2019, MICROTRAC and Microtrac Bell joined the Varda Scientific Group. As of May 1, 2020, ATM and Qness merged to become QATM, further enhancing our capabilities and allowing us to better meet our customers' needs.
