Determine by the force of pressing! By automating, the pressing force becomes uniform, enhancing the accuracy of inspections!
The conventional method for puncture testing of seal surfaces has involved applying a certain amount of force to the tube manually and visually checking for leaks. The mechanization of this process has led to the development of a reaction force-type puncture testing device. When a certain force is applied to products such as tubes, a corresponding reaction force (force in the opposite direction) is returned. In the case of a normal product, the reaction force remains constant, but if there is a hole in the product, the reaction force weakens. The "reaction force-type puncture testing" applies this principle for inspection. Additionally, by automating the process, the force applied becomes more uniform compared to manual testing, thereby increasing the accuracy of the inspection. 【Features】 ■ Applies a certain force to products such as tubes ■ Uniform force application through automation ■ Increases the accuracy of inspections *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
