[Test Accepting] Drying and Heat Treatment Machine

We offer dryers for various substrates such as fibers, non-woven fabrics, and films. We have two types of test machines: belt type and floating type.

■ Belt-type Drying and Heat Treatment Machine By placing the substrate on a belt and using the belt to transport the substrate, heat treatment (drying) can be performed at low tension. It can accommodate a wide range of configurations, including bottom belts, upper and lower belt sandwiching, and suction combinations. Our testing machines allow for adjustable nozzle positions, enabling tests in desired arrangements such as opposing upper and lower nozzles or staggered upper and lower nozzles. ■ Floating-type Dryer Drying can be achieved without contact between the substrate and rolls, thanks to the airflow from the blower. This helps prevent unevenness on the coating surface. Options for vertical or horizontal configurations are available, and we can make proposals based on pass line and installation location constraints. ■ Heated Roll Dryer By transporting the substrate with heated rolls, drying and heat treatment of the substrate can be achieved. We can propose cylinder dryers with high efficiency and cost-effectiveness, as well as jacket rolls for annealing purposes, tailored to your specific needs.
