"GD Coating" is a heat-resistant fluorine coating that achieves strong adhesion and coverage by forming a chemical reaction layer through the fusion of composite processes. By integrating plating technology, painting technology, and metallurgy, it addresses the challenges of conventional coatings (fluorine-based, ceramic-based, glass-based) by realizing a thin film (40nm to about 1μm), transparency, pinhole-free quality, and heat resistance (500℃). The film forms an excellent single-layer membrane through reactions with the material, demonstrating superior performance (release properties, slip properties, non-stick properties, wear resistance, antibacterial properties, chemical and gas resistance, durability) compared to standard fluorine coatings.
