At Nisshin Kogyo, we are addressing various molding defects, such as color unevenness that tends to occur with high-brightness metallic resins, using our orientation control technology. We have successfully developed a technology that makes the "orientation phenomenon," which prominently occurs in metallic-colored resin molding, invisible from the surface of the molded product. This was developed as our unique technology without relying on materials, special equipment, or patents held by other companies. Currently, we are continuing to develop this technology to make it more versatile and establish it as a core technology.
