We would like to introduce a product case of the "Aluminum Head Cylinder Case Gauge" from Ito Precision Tool Manufacturing. This hole position gauge is designed to measure cylinder heads used in motorcycles. There are numerous holes in a single cylinder head, and there was a request to design it in such a way that all measurement points could be measured at once. Since the measurement targets are small diameter holes such as Φ5 and Φ10 that cannot be measured with a cylinder gauge, we have designed and manufactured a custom small diameter cylinder gauge.
